We continue our quarterly DEI peer conversations on Monday, March 20 at 12 pm eastern time with a conversation facilitated by Jared N. Zurn, AIA, NCARB, CAE. Join him for a one-hour Zoom call that will explore how we can address religious diversity in our workplaces.

Creating an inclusive environment for religious diversity provides interesting challenges. Although some religious beliefs are expressed externally, many are unseen. As organizations become more diverse with staff and volunteers, cultural competence around religion can allow us to lead through uncomfortable situations as long-held business ideas and diverse religious beliefs may conflict.
