Olga Razzhivina

Olga is one of the founders of Oriel – a commercial aircraft appraisal company. Olga has over 20 years of aviation industry experience and holds a Senior ISTAT Appraiser qualification. She has been a regular speaker at the ISTAT conferences and other events. Her previous posts include Avmark where she started as an Aviation Analyst, specialising in aircraft valuations, and went on to become the editor of the Aviation Economist. At Airclaims and later Ascend, Olga continued to work on aircraft and engine appraisals with emphasis on large portfolios and regional markets. Following her departure from Ascend Olga joined forces with Les Weal to establish Oriel where she carries on with appraisals and expert witness work.
Stuart Rubin
Vice President and Managing Director, Aviation @ICF International
Stuart leads our Aircraft practice. He specializes in asset valuation, aircraft market research, asset management, and lease analysis. Stuart has extensive experience in valuing tangible assets and performing market analysis and financial modeling. He works closely with clients to provide asset valuations (aircraft, engines, and parts) and due diligence/transaction support. He also offers related market and financial analysis, aircraft program management, aircraft remarketing, and sourcing.
