Important Changes to Federal Overtime Provisions (Free Webinar)
The Trump administration just announced an increase in the minimum salary allowed for an employee to be classified as exempt. Starting 1/1/2020, any employee earning less than $684 a week ($35,568 a year), must be classified as non-exempt, have their time tracked and be paid overtime. Failure to do so will result in a violation of federal wage law.
